MHRC is a non-profit organization incorporated to serve seniors age 60+ in Conway and Perry Counties. It was established in 1975 to promote positive interaction among all Senior citizens as well as other demographics. We are funded in part by Area Agency on Aging of West Central Arkansas. We are supported by Federal, State, Local and Individual funds. Donations and memorials are gratefully accepted. The goal of the Morrilton Human Relations Council, Inc. is to make all of the Conway and Perry County citizens 60 plus aware of our services and get them involved in our activities and nutrition program. It is our goal to reach the individuals that are unable to leave their homes and help them by providing home delivered meals and giving a little human compassion and conversation.
Court advocate works with victims of domestic violence; available to law enforcement 24/7 for immediate intervention; assisting in filing orders of protection and crime victim reparation reports; court appearances; appointments with prosecuting attorney as needed; social service resources; assists with safety planning.

The Arkansas Workforce Center can assist employers in finding and hiring skilled workers. Employers can also connect with local resources to provide training programs for their employees, learn about tax credits for their business, and access additional resources, including labor market information.
