Services are to locate the absent parent(s), establish paternity where required, establish a court obligation for child support; collect and distribute the support, and to enforce support orders when necessary. Services are provided by the agency and through contracts with local governments.
Case Management, Therapeutic Foster Care, Coun- seling, Intensive Supervision/Tracking, Foster Care Recruitment, Diagnosis and Evaluation, Education & Prevention Programs (i.e. Child Safety, Drug and Al- cohol Abuse Prevention, Parenting, Restitution, etc.).
Connect Care provides help to find dental care and a primary care doctor (PCP) for individuals who have Medicaid or ARKids First.
Crisis emergency assistance, food, clothing, limited assistance with utilities and rent, if a client has lost a job through no fault of their own. If a person has received such assistance, they are encouraged to apply for public assistance. Transients stranded in Conway County can receive assistance with lodging, food or gasoline to aid them to get to a town where shelters are available. Articles may be purchased at a reduced price. Developmental day services for children 0-5 experiencing developmental delay. Developmental therapies, transportation, nursing & meals. In center or in home.
